Please Note

Because these club designs are custom and planned months in advance, all T-Shirt Club orders are final sale - no returns or refunds.

Models in the photos are wearing size Large (Anela), Large ('Elua), and 2XL (Chad), respectively.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be packed and shipped out depending on when its placed, according to the following:

Weekdays (M-F):

  • Before 5 pm (HST): Next Business Day
  • After 5 pm (HST): 1-2 Business Days

Weekend (Sat/Sun):

  • Following Monday

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up Monday-Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm (at least 2 hours in advance; excludes Holidays). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out.

How do I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. The colors stay vibrant and the shirt maintains its shape wash after wash.

How long do I have to commit to the club?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The founding member price you pay today will be your price as long as you remain a subscriber. However, if you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the current pricing.

What's your return policy?

Due to the custom nature of our exclusive designs, we don't offer returns or refunds on t-shirt club items. Each design is created specifically for our club members and planned months in advance.

If your t-shirt doesn't fit properly, contact us at shop@puakenikenidesigns.com and we'll help you set up an exchange and update your subscription with the correct size for future deliveries.
