When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be packed and shipped out depending on when its placed, according to the following:

Weekdays (M-F):

  • Before 5 pm (HST): Next Business Day
  • After 5 pm (HST): 1-2 Business Days

Weekend (Sat/Sun):

  • Following Monday

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes, we offer order pick-ups in Kapolei (Home Office). You can schedule a pick-up Monday-Friday, between 8 am to 5 pm (at least 2 hours in advance; excludes Holidays). When you receive your Order Confirmation email, there will be a link to set up an appointment for pick-up. Also, please include your phone number when checking out.
